WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Nelisiwe and Corrie met in 2012 and they have always shared a passion to educate and develop people in the engineering space. After individually excelling in their own successful businesses, they decided to combine their expertise and founded Matleng Energy Solutions in October 2014. With Neli’s extensive involvement in leading large-scale government initiatives, and Corrie’s strong business, entrepreneurial and leadership skills, the company was ready to take its place in a business world with extreme challenges and methodically built a sustainable business and competent team.
With a shared vision of playing a pivotal role in the development and implementation of new energy solutions in Africa, it was decided that the focus of the company would be large infrastructure projects, advisory services, education and development.
Today our business operates on a five pillar model that represents the framework within which we operate:
